EFFECTIVE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AQIP COMMITTEE CHARTER
Article I – Purpose
The purpose of the Resource Management AQIP Committee is to ensure that the financial resources appropriated to the College are utilized in accordance with purposes established by source of such funds to achieve its institutional purposes.
Article II – Members:
The Resource Management Membership includes:
Provost
Dean of El Rito Campus – Chair – Sub-committee -El Rito projects
Dean of Planning and Development
Director of IMS
Director of Capital Projects - Chair – Sub-committee- Capital Projects
Director of Library – Chair- Sub-committee -Library project
Director of ABE
Director of Financial Aid
Appointed Faculty Member
Student
Vice-President Finance
Total Resource Management Committee will be no more than twelve persons who are representatives of a cross-section of Northern New Mexico College.
Article III – Membership Appointments
The President of Northern New Mexico College shall appoint members to the Resource Management Committee. Term of the office shall be two years. Continued membership is at the pleasure of the President of the College.
Article IV – Meetings
The Resource Management Committee will schedule regular meetings as follows:
Meet twice a month the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.
Meetings will be held at the Board Room. Special meeting may be called by the Resource Management chairperson from time to time as needed.
Article V – Officers
The chairperson shall be appointed by the President of NNMCC. The Vice-Chairperson, who shall serve in the absence of the Chairperson; and other officers or permanent positions, shall be elected by the committee membership.
